With the change in government in March 2000, Senegal opted for a decidedly liberal economy revolving around public-private partnerships. By letter of assignment the President of the Republic entrusted APIX with large infrastructure projects.
These projects aim to equip Senegal with modern, efficient infrastructure to meet 21st century challenges and promote investment and economic development.
