The Apix One Stop Shop helps investors comply with legislation and regulations to ensure they benefit from incentive regimes. The One Stop Shop guarantees response times and is supported by back office expert staff including custom officials and administrative representatives.

ISO 9001v2000 certified since 2005, the APIX One Stop Shop:

provides information on incentive schemes in Senegal (Investment Code and the Free Export Company status
assists you in applying for these incentives if you project is eligible
files application for approvals with the Ministry of Economy and Finance
helps you obtain titles of exemption.

Guaranteed maximum response times are:

10 working days to obtain compliance with the Investment Code
21 working days for an approval of France Export Company status.

The One Stop Shop is organised around two clusters open non stop Monday to Friday from 8h to 18h.

The One Stop Shop Front Desk welcomes you and assists you every step of the way in complying with Investment Code (IC) and obtaining the Free Export Company (EFE ) status. Approvals are processed and issued within 10 working days for CI, and 21 days EFE ;
The One Stop Shop Back Office processes your file in compliance with the response times guaranteed by law.
