APIX leads this effort through continued support to the Presidential Investment Council (CPI), the advisory and consultative framework between the private and public sectors in Senegal, which led to many administrative procedures being updated by:

Identifying gaps and barriers to the development of private initiative
Advising higher authorities on how to remove these barriers
Collaborating with key development partners & stakeholders
Polling businesses and organizing forums to identify major difficulties faced by businessmen in making their investment
Encouraging dialogue between Partners (Private Sector, Government and donors) to build consensus around issues identified and suggested solutions.
